TruePairing Help Centre
How TruePairing works for people who want to pair on what lasts — values, pace and intent — not on photos.
This is where the mechanisms TruePairing uses to form intentional pairs are documented: from the Compass, which maps what you want, to My Agent, which looks for connections within the autonomy you choose.
Every article describes how the product actually behaves, with no marketing promises. If an answer is not here, it was not written by guesswork.
Live experiences
On TruePairing, the live formats are a way to sense someone's pace and intent before you set a date — and each format runs by its own rules.
- The live formatsThere are five live formats — Cast, Arena, Match Show, Blind Live and Challenge — and each one runs by its own rules; it is not the same show under different names.
- CastA hosted experience with applications, green room, stage, audience and post-live continuity.
- ArenaA room you open yourself: participants ask to come up on stage, and the host — which is you — decides who goes up and who comes down.
- Match ShowLive conversations that end in a crossed decision: each person answers in private whether they want to continue, and only what is mutual becomes public.
- Blind LiveThe conversation starts without a face: presence, interests and voice come first, and the reveal happens in agreed phases, not by surprise.
- ChallengeIt is not a show: it is the recruiting mechanism that feeds the other formats — someone proposes a challenge, people sign up within a window, the audience backs them and the proposer selects.
- What gets recorded and who can see itNot every live session becomes an available recording: an Arena's default publishes no replay, and in a Cast the decision about your recording is yours and is kept on record.
Compatibility and agent
This is what TruePairing leans on to pair you on what lasts: what you said you want and what your choices have shown, never the photo alone.
- The CompassA map of eight dimensions of what you declared you want and what your choices have shown — it is not a personality test and it passes no verdict on anyone.
- My AgentAn assistant that looks for and assesses connections for you, within an autonomy level you choose — and that never pretends to be you.
Communities
If you are dating with intent, meeting someone inside a shared subject gives the conversation a reason before the match.
Wallet & gifts
If you send gifts on TruePairing, they come from your Vault — a wallet only you control. These articles explain how to protect it.
- MimosA mimo is a gift in USDC that leaves your Vault and arrives in the other person's Vault over the Polygon network — no middleman and no in-app points.
- Vault and walletThe Vault is a USDC wallet on the Polygon network that only you control — it is where your gifts come from, and the platform never signs for you.
- Your Vault key (passkey)Only your passkey opens the Vault: it is stored in your Apple or Google account, and checking today that it is synced is what saves your balance if your phone goes missing.
- My phone was lost, broken or stolenThe Vault's money is on the network, not on the phone: if the passkey was synced with your Apple or Google account, you can use the Vault again on a new device by signing in to that same account.
- Safe withdrawals: check the addressNever copy a withdrawal destination from your history: scammers send tiny transfers from addresses that look like yours so you copy the wrong one.
Privacy and data
Deeper conversations need privacy: on TruePairing your profile starts anonymous and one-to-one messages are end-to-end encrypted.
- Private messagesOne-to-one conversations are end-to-end encrypted on your device, with cryptography resistant to quantum computers — the server carries them, it does not read them.
- Privacy and your dataThe profile is born anonymous, each Compass answer has its own visibility, and exporting or deleting the account are your own actions, with a deadline and a way back.
Safety
The right pair starts with knowing the person is real: photo and age verification puts the badge on the photo that matched.
