podpaquera is for users aged 18 and over, in line with the Online Safety Act 2023 and the ICO Age Appropriate Design Code (Children's Code).

Why we are 18+

The service is built for connections and possible meetups between adults. Minors may not create an account, access rooms, send messages, use voice, send media or interact with users.

Age controls (age assurance)

We may apply proportionate age-assurance measures — age declaration, additional checks, risk signals and specialist providers — in line with Ofcom guidance.

Data used

We process only the data needed to verify or estimate age and prevent improper access. We do not use that data for marketing.

Accounts of minors

If we identify an account belonging to a minor, we may restrict or close it. We may preserve information where necessary for safety, legal duty or user protection.

Zero tolerance and reporting

Child sexual abuse material or attempts at exploitation are blocked, banned and reported to the competent authorities (e.g. National Crime Agency / IWF). Report via {{email_safety}}.

Separate product for minors

Any product for minors must be separated from podpaquera, with its own brand, policies, impact assessment and safeguards.
